By accessing or using the services provided by Glust Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our Shopify applications and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Glust Studio develops and provides applications for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to our Instagram Widget application. Our services allow merchants to integrate social media content into their online stores.

3. User Accounts

When you install our applications through the Shopify App Store, you authorize us to access certain information from your Shopify store as required for the application to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to: reverse engineering the applications, using the services for unlawful purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the proper working of the services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Glust Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glust Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
